I must say I'm incredibly impressed with Apex Plumbing services. From the moment they diagnosed the cause of the serious leak from the exterior of my house into an inner wall, they were upfront and honest - showing me photos of the problem and clearly explaining what needed to be done to fix the issue.
Suzie, the really lovely lady who coordinated the work, was wonderful when it came to organising dates and times, and at all times kept me in the loop about weather conditions that would mean postponing or affecting the work etc.
Cameron and Shane came out today and installed new right-angled flashing on my parapet wall. Perfect workmen - on time, trustworthy and round really nice guys, who I believe did an excellent job. All costs to do with the job were the same as the original quote, with no add-ons or anything unexpected.
To sum up, I find the people at Apex plumbing knowledgeable, really nice people and very honest. If I have need of this kind of service again there is no doubt in my mind that I will use them!
